Who is responsible for oil spill crisis: a breakdown (yikes, I’m on this list)

Here’s what seems to me to be a fair breakdown of responsibility for the oil spill crisis.  Plenty of blame to go around, and we have to admit that it all starts with our unbridled drive to fuel our lives in very dangerous ways.  Here’s commentary on each of the pie slices.
